Phone photos from the Stuttgart Porsche museum up. Had trouble with the underwater point-and-shoot in Gozo, so it's in for repairs. Just bought an SLR - can't wait to start shooting. Romania next month.

Back from Malta and Gozo. Made it to Stuttgart despite vehicle trouble on an up-hill at night. Three very kind people got me towed off the road, gave me a ride home, and gave me a ride to work. Cancelled on Sicily. Gotta take a weekend at home to seal some deals.

New album: Rome trip with Ian, plus Tuscany/Rome trip with John and Amy Bernie. The second day with the Bernies left me without words. God tore the sky open and cast down light like I've never seen before.

Finished up the last 10 or so Hawaii albums, and the first 2 of many Italy albums to come. The Hawaii additions are mostly what you see in the Hawaii/Submarine montage video with some extra photos in some albums. Working on redesigning interface now. I won't be linking each album from this page any more: just click "pictures/videos" on the left. The original-quality montage video is also available for direct download at the same location.

6 months since the last update = not good. Just finished a Hawaii/submarine montage video which can also be viewed on Facebook.

Current projects: finishing the last 4 months of Hawaii photo albums. Redesigning the interface. I know that huge banner at the top edge makes it more difficult to fit a full picture on the screen. Entertaining the possibility of narrating some of the context to the photo albums and surrounding adventures on this page. We'll see.

I've been living in Italy for two weeks now, and have some great shots to share once Hawaii's wrapped up. Please send feedback if you have recommendations or find problems with the updates. Thanks!
